Smells like Burgundy, with floral, cherry, woodsy and graphite aromas and flavors. Sweet and silky, underscored by firm, integrated tannins. Distinctive and delicious. Best from 2013 through 2022.

Don't let this Chardonnay fool you. It's delicate, enticing aromas of citrus blossom and subtle vanilla may seem shy at first, but once you take your first sip, the vibrancy of it's multi-faceted personality shines through as zesty citrus, luscious white peach and juicy pineapple that fill your palate with mouth-watering layers of fruit. Katherine's Vineyard Chardonnay is my family's attempt to capture the Santa Maria Valley in all it's classic lushness and elegance. Winery
A big, strong Chardonnay with prominent buttered toast, buttered popcorn, vanilla, and pineapple-orange jam flavors. Elaborate and flashy, but obviously made to appeal to the modern style. Drink up.

Sourced from a single vineyard, the grapes for this wine were bunch selected and hand harvested. The wine displays aroma of ripe plum and violets along with subtle hints of vanilla. Of great structure, this wine stands out for its meatiness and intense rich flavor while a soft silky finish balances the overall experience.
