A rich blend of 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Syrah.
Deep ruby red with intense aromas of red fruits of and cassis. Soft notes of plum and blackberry followed by a hint of vanilla. Abundant flavors of ripe cherries and plums up front, highlight balanced acidity, soft tannins and good structure. Full-bodied with a long and concentrated finish accented by fruit and vanilla notes.
The dark-amber-hued Premium Fine Tokay from Australia offers sumptuous notes of spice box, Christmas pudding, figs, brown sugar, and molasses. This blend represents the newest bottled offerings from this Rutherglen producer, an area that produces spectacular fortifieds, especially the Muscats and Tokays (actually Muscadelle). Its freshness, good acidity, soaring aromatics, and unctuous flavors must be tasted to be believed. Drink 2002 - 2012.

Organic, contains no added sulfites, and is perfectly accessible to Vegans. Also, this was a really fun wine to have on hand, because of its practicality and structure. Whats great about this bottle is the fact that the berry aromas and nuances are some of the purest examples I've seen in a non-vintage production. Equally, the appeal of this juicy, yet, quenching wine is the price and its seasonal adaptability.
