Covey Run Chardonnay

Flavors of crisp green apple, pear, tropical fruit and spice are enhanced by subtle notes of vanilla and toast. This Chardonnay is nice as an aperitif, as well as a great food wine. Try serving it with soft creamy cheeses, fish, chicken dishes and other light fare. Blend: 93% Chardonnay, 4.5% Semillon, 1.5% Pinot Gris, 0.5% Viognier, 0.5% Chenin Blanc
