Excelsior Cabernet Sauvignon
Good dark red. Ripe aromas of cassis, plum, graphite and chocolate. Glyceral and a bit sweet (4.3 g/l r.s.), but with enough acidity to maintain its balance. Just a touch roasted and chunky but offers a mouthful of dark fruit flavors and finishes with good mineral spine. 87 Points Stephen Tanzer
