Nonino Quintessentia Amaro
It is an infusion of herbs with a part of ЩE, aged over five years in barriques from Nevers, Limousin and ex-Sherry. It displays an extraordinary fragrance of mountain herbs, ennobled by the magic of ЩE, in this case a masterful blend of Ribolla, Traminer, and Verduzzo. Nonino’s Amaro is based on Ue, or whole grape grappa and is infused with alpine herbs that grow in the mountains near the distillery. If you are not familiar with Amaro it is a classic Italian digestivo.
