Just like they drink in the back hills of Georgia. A great gift idea! There is a very high alcohol content to this 'old style' whiskey and many describe the taste on the palate as sweet and simple. The taste can be described as white lightning.
Tea, olive, spice and cassis aromas are textbook for Chilean value-priced Cabernet Sauvignon. The palate is medium in depth, with lively acidity pushing herbal blackberry, dark plum and tea flavors. This is solid on the finish.

The innovative 2012 Goats do Roam white is a blend of 58% Viognier, 33% Roussanne and 9% Grenache Blanc, all aged in stainless steel. From vineyards on Paarl Mountain, it exhibits notes of crisp white currants, quince, spring flowers, grapefruit and other vague citrus characteristics. Light to medium-bodied and fresh, it is best consumed over the next year.
