This deep ruby red wine has aromas of concentrated chocolate, plum and liquorice and subtle spices. On the palate fresh flavors of sweet black cherries, red currants, and hints of liqueur chocolates combine on a silky mouthfeel and lingering finish and moreish mousse from the effervescence.
