Description
This is a lean, angular wine on both nose and palate. It's driven by pithy lemon, stony minerality and a bit of salinity, with a slight pinprick sensation on the tongue. Alive and electric, it pulsates with acidity that is flavorful, not sharp. Adding softness is the hint of a brioche note that will hopefully develop with age.
