Silver Thread Dry Riesling / 750 ml

This is a lovely, aromatic Riesling from progressive environmentalists Shannon and Paul Brock. Floral aromas of orange blossom and honeysuckle are underscored by peach, lemon and Golden Delicious apple. The palate shows richness and concentration that's tempered by a gentle line of acidity. Delicate tangerine and stone fruit flavors linger on the finish. Drink beside a creamy goat cheese.
