Description
The nose of this widely available bottling is very lively with pear-cider aromas as well as kaffir lime, lemongrass and coconut, reminiscent of Thai food. The sip starts with strong acidic energy and then slides into a flood of dried apples and ripe pears, proving a tad unctuous.
