Traditionally a cooking wine, Opici Sherry is produced using a similar production method to its European counterpart, but is more economical. Off-dry in style, it has rich, over-ripe aromas accented by subtle floral and citrus notes and pleasant nutty nuances. Excellent in the preparation of soups and gravies, or for poaching fish.
