Description
Philippe Gavignet conducts tastings in his cellar with such enthusiasm that it's hard not to get caught up in his obvious passion. He's all business in the vineyard though, producing some of the most elegant wines in the entire village. The Bousselots bottling serves up silky red berry, truffle and Asian spices with crisp, refreshing acidity and offers all sorts of aging potential for the Burgundy nuts that like a little cellar time. Why can't all Pinot Noir taste this good?
