Shipping policy
Orders typically ship out from our location in Rochester, NY within 24 hours of being placed (excluding non business days). After your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your UPS tracking #. You can track this order at http://ups.com. If there is a problem with the ship to/bill to address placed on the order please make sure to contact customer service to correct this problem. UPS will make 3 delivery attempts (consecutive business days) at that time you will need to contact them directly (1-800-PICK-UPS) to arrange for a pickup at one of your local UPS hubs. An adult over the age of 21 will have to be present at the time of delivery to sign for the package. All returned packages are subject to additional shipping fees.
