Description
This is currently very young, but with some time open in a glass and the bottle, lemon-lime, passion fruit and pineapple rind aromas make their way out from beneath the reductive ones. There's an appealing chalky texture and some depth of flavor, with lingering citrus at the finish. Give this time to integrate and it should prove a food friendly drop.
