Barry Family Cellars Reserve Chardonnay / 750mL

Meticulously grown grapes from the banks of Cayuga Lake were harvested in the cold early morning hours and went right into our antique basket press. From there they went directly to older French oak barrels (two of them) where they fermented spontaneously before being aged on the lees for a full 24 months.
