Estate bottled Chardonnay from the land of Muscadet, on the Loire Valley's west side. From 20-30 year-old vines, most of it aged in tank, the wine has a brilliant razor cut, shiny, deep stone fruits, and scintillating citrus notes with a piercing minerality. Oysters, shellfish, fondue, bring it on!
