Aging in new 600-liter demi-muids, the 2016 Minervois La Liviniere Dynamic couches its Syrah-derived blueberry fruit in a bed of vanilla and baking spices, without taking it to the extremes of the Les Amandiers. Peppery notes peek through as well, and this wine is a bit more structured than the Les Planels. Give this medium to full-bodied wine until 2020 and drink it over the next 5 years or so. 91-93 Points Wine Advocate
