Colloca Lake Effect Vineyard Riesling / 750mL

The fruit was sourced from our 8-acre Riesling block of the Lake Effect Vineyard on the southern shores of the Great Lake Ontario in Fair Haven, NY. Here lake-effect breezes moderate temperatures through the seasons. Glacial till and clay soils add to the minerality of the wine while our traditional pruning and shoot-thinning techniques allowed for low yielding bunches of pristine fruit.
