Domaine Forey Nuits-Saint Georges / 750mL

Full medium red. Ripe aromas of black raspberry, dark cherry, clove and mocha are complicated by licorice and mint nuances. Then surprisingly pliant and round in the middle, showing saline soil tones and supple tannins. This wine was made mostly from the contra-bourgeons but Forey eliminated a lot of underripe grapes at the harvest.
