Description
100% Cabernet Franc sourced from three parcels of old vines which lie on silty and sandy topsoils over limestone on the Beeze hill. Entirely destemmed and naturally fermented in concrete before spending 12 months in large barrels. Beautifully red fruited, with notes of bramble berries, light green herbs, flinty minerality and a silky smooth mouthfeel.
