Drumshanbo Pot Still Irish Whiskey / 750mL

The Shed Distillery of PJ Rigney sits on the shores of Lough Allen in rural Drumshanbo. They've been patiently distilling and maturing the first whisky coming out of Connacht province in Western Ireland for over a century. This traditional Single Pot Irish Whiskey is worth the wait. The blend of malted and unmalted Irish barley sees a bit of Barra Irish Oats as well for a creamy addition to the texture and added depth of flavor. Matured in first fill ex Bourbon and Oloroso casks this is a superb example of Ireland's distilling renaissance.
