Hermann J. Wiemer Chardonnay / 750 ml

While predominantly aged in stainless steel, a small portion of the Wiemer Chardonnay is put into neutral oak barrels for closer lees contact that imparts texture and weight. The result is a lean, fruit dense wine with a broad mid-palate and clean finish.
