Silver leaf is a spirit made from maple syrup, yeast and water. It is an unaged spirit with very fruity and floral esters that contrast well with other spirits in this product line. By choosing to leave it at a slightly higher proof, we allow those esters to shine through, and rise to the nose more intensely.
