The 2022 Malbec La Posta Pizzella comes from Paraje Altamira in the Uco Valley and was 50% aged in oak barrels, a fifth new and the rest used, while the other 50% went into stainless steel tanks. Purple in the glass. The nose presents violet and fresh plums with subtle herbal aromas. The 2022 is indulgent and juicy, with somewhat chalky tannins contributing to a taut, mouthwatering mouthfeel.
