Made from the combination of the two distilleries of Yoichi and Miyagikyo, this whisky was the pride of its creator Mastaka Taketsuru, founder of Nikka and father of Japanese whisky. Nose: Spicy yet delicately balanced evolving to a malty aroma. Palate: A mature, full body with notes of toffee and hazelnuts. Finish: A long soft finish with a touch of smoke.
