100% Tempranillo from vines which average fifty years of age. All of the fruit is destemmed; the wine is aged a minimum of six months in old French or American oak casks. Bottled unfined and unfiltered and without cold stabilization. Germain calls this- his flagship wine-a "vino de pueblo", which he translates as "a wine for every day and for everyone."
