The inaugural vintage of this Sauvignon Blanc is 100% Sauvignon Blanc, aged in stainless steel with a touch of new acacia that adds golden-straw color and richness. Honeysuckle and orange blossom lead the nose, followed by ripe banana and pineapple. The palate is generous and full, opening with weight and fruit at peak ripeness - yellow peach, Bartlett pear, and pineapple - before fresh acidity cuts through mid-palate to a clean, light-to-medium-bodied finish
