Our unique cooking method is to combine the old traditional way of cooking agaves in brick ovens and our stainless steel autoclaves for 32-36 hours. The tequila tastes of caramel, vanilla, banana cake, agave, anise, licorice, Red Hots candy, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking spice, whipped egg whites, oats, toasted bread, grain, oak, and cedar. It is fruity and grassy.
