Stephane Rocher Les Cailloux / 750mL

This organic blend of Grolleau Gris and Chenin Blanc is a an elegant, subdued white. Delicate on the palate with tones of freshly cut honeycrisp apple, citrus blossom and dried oregano. The grapes are grown in clay soils so expect some minerality but the years in bottle have tempered both the mineral content and acidity to develop into a pretty sublime palate experience.
