West Cork Port Cask 5 Year Irish Whiskey / 700 ml

Single Malt Irish Whiskey patiently matured in first fill Bourbon casks & finished in Quinta Da Boeira port casks. Non chill filtered and no added color. Dried fruit with spice notes of nutmeg and black pepper. Vanilla and toffee also present. The port cask finish is the sweetest of the offerings, with the aroma of the dried fruit pulling through.
