Boundary Breaks 198 Riesling Reserve / 750mL

We refer to this wine as reserve because it comes from a portion of our vineyard where we have thinned the fruit on the vines. By reducing the amount of fruit on a vine, we increase the ability of that vine to ripen the remaining fruit. We picked our fruit a bit earlier to mimic a German kabinett style, which enabled us to achieve the rich, full flavors in this wine while retaining a significant amount of acidity. For a sweeter Riesling this wine is perfectly balanced and a perfect pairing with spicy Asian food.
