Chateau Bonnet's white Bordeaux offers both personality and a sense of place. Its blend of 85% Sauvignon Blanc and 15% Semillon makes for a lively white with a balancing roundness. Intense aromas of grapefruit and lemon are layered with accents of mango, candied orange, and pear. Its finish is long. Chateau Bonnet is all estate grown and owned by the prestigious Lurton family. Great as an apertif, with a seafood platter, grilled fish, or avocado with shrimp.
