Description
A light-bodied Pinot Noir with restrained alcohol is always nice to find. The Primarius also has some nice acidity, to boot. The wine's aromas of black cherries and fresh-grated ginger are accented by a sweet and earthy note similar to roasted beets. There's more ginger on the palate, where it is joined by flavors of red raspberries and lemon. Primarius' mouthfeel is light and lean 88 Points Wine Enthusiast
