Description
Aged on the lees for six months, this has a well-defined, slightly more mineral-driven bouquet than its peers with light linden and nectarine aromas. The palate is well-balanced with a bitter-edged entry. A lemony Chenin, quite steely and taut with a lightly spiced finish, perhaps with a bit of Szechuan pepper, leaving the tongue tingling afterward.
