Description
The 2021 Dry Riesling comes in with about eight grams of residual sugar, 9.3 of total acidity and 8.9% alcohol. I was surprised at that eight grams of residual sugar, because this tastes a lot drier. The acidity makes that sugar disappear. This then becomes a bit tart with a touch of sour grapefruit on the finish. The power is impressive, but the wine lacks some concentration, and its flavor profile is controlled solely by the acidity. 85 Points Wine Advocate
