Thirsty Owl Riesling / 750 ml

A perfume of off-candied citrus, kiwi, florals and honey lead to a palate that shows slight sweetness and a textural element, but is countered by a zip of tingly acidity. Flavors are on the short side but this is, overall, a delicately crafted wine for pairing with Thai curry or similarly rich, spicy and aromatic dishes.
