The 2021 Riesling Two Princes offers a clear, fresh and automatic yet still enormously young and underdeveloped bouquet of intense Riesling aromas and notes of crushed stones. The acidity is sharp and cuts like a knife through this fruity, round and sappy Riesling that finishes with a finer sweetness and good grip. It may be a nice aperitif in a couple of months or next year when the acidity might be softened by the more complex taste. 86 Points Wine Advocate
